Returns

Are you not completely satisfied with your order? Unfortunate, but it can happen. You can return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided that it meets these return conditions:

Items must be unworn and in original condition, with tags and/or labels attached.

Be careful with make-up stains. Items that are returned with make-up stains will not be accepted by us. The same goes for items that smell strongly of perfume, deodorant or smoke, these items will not be accepted by us.

Register your return via

Place the items that you whant to return in the original packaging and add the invoice received. Seal the packaging well. If the original packaging cannot be used then provide a good alternative.

Purchase a label yourself from a delivery service of your choice.

Stick the label on the package. Are you using the original packaging? Then make sure that the label with your details is no longer visible/readable to prevent confusion at the parcel service.

Drop off at a Shipping Point.

Please note: as the sender, you are responsible for the arrival of your return package. Therefore, always keep your shipping receipt. If something has gone wrong with the package, we advise you to contact the relevant delivery service.

Processing your return.

We aim to process your return within 7 working days of receipt. Once the refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that it may take 2-3 working days after receiving this email before the amount is actually credited to your account.
Return costs are at your own expense, unless it concerns a complaint (In this case, please contact us first. See text below).

 

Complaints

All orders are processed and shipped by us with care. However, it can still happen that something goes wrong. Did you receive an incorrect or damaged item? Our apologies! Do not return your package yet, but first send an e-mail as soon as possible with photo(s) of the damage or the incorrect item to info@p-rdesign.eu We are happy to help you and will come up with a suitable solution.

 

Exchange
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and purchase the new item separately once the return is accepted.

 

 

Unfortunately, redundant sale items cannot be returned.
